LIFETIME Warranty: The Atlas Gym Unit
The precision workmanship and quality of construction which goes into every Atlas Unit exceeds industry standards, and for this reason we are able to offer a rare and valuable Lifetime Warranty.
In plain English:
All steel parts are warranted for life. This includes the Atlas Frame/Base Unit - and all steel attachments. If anything bends, breaks or cracks - it will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you. This does not include: rubber grips, padding and upholstery or resistance bands.
Now - in 'legalspeak', as per our attorneys:
Joe E. Atlas, Inc. warrants that your Atlas Unit (TM) is free of defects in materials and workmanship and will, at its option, repair or replace any defective Atlas Unit (TM) frame part(s) or attachment(s) that is returned to it.
All rubber grips, bench padding/upholstery, and paint of the Atlas Unit (TM) are warranted for 60 days from the original date of purchase. Paint warranty does not cover scratching or chipping due to normal wear and tear or careless use. This is to cover any manufacturing paint defect - should one ever arise.
This warranty is valid only in accordance with the conditions set forth below:
1. Normal wear and tear of paint/powder coat finish is not covered by this warranty.
2. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase must be demonstrated.
3. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or repair, or unauthorized modification.
4. This warranty is the only written or express warranty given by the manufacturer. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in scope to the conditions of this warranty.
5. Repair or replacement of the product (or, if repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund of the purchase price) is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of this warranty or any implied warranty on this product.
